I'm baffled. I fasted half the day yesterday and ran 6 miles on Saturday and my weight is up a pound this morning instead of down. I'm tired of sitting at this same weight. I'm ready to see some new (lower) numbers. Argh. That is all.

have you tried tracking what your eating for a week ? you might not be eating enough . If you were on liquids yesterday your body may have gone into starvation mode.
Okay, so I'm tracking my food intake today. I don't know why I hate doing that so much, but I'm doing it so I can see if I'm getting not enough or too many calories, or if I just need to be patient.
I know the whole muscle weighs more than fat thing and I would tell anyone else the same thing, but I'm just amazed at how much I can be exercising and not seeing better results in the numbers. Oh well, I will keep on keeping on.
I know it must be frustrating to stop losing weight for awhile, especially when it was all coming off so quickly. You look great. 100 pounds in a year. I wish I could lose 70, but I don't want surgery and my insurance won't cover a bit of it anyway. You are in way better shape than me. I couldn't run 6 miles! You have really been dedicated. Muscle weighs more. You are building muscle. It will start coming off again. You're amazing!
I recall some months back when you started eating a little more and the weight started to come off - perhaps that's the way to go?
