I ran 5 miles on the treadmill today. It took me over an hour. I don't know my exact time because I had to reset the machine a couple of times. It was 67 minutes or so, I think. Anyway, totally crazy, but I did it! I feel good and sore.
Actually I try not to focus on the fact that I'm running other than to focus on my posture a bit. I watched the Incredibles while running this time. It helps when something good is on tv. Dances With Wolves really kept my attention a few weeks ago.
